    Low Acidic Nail Primer

    Description

Formulated for professional use, Dolla Nails Pro Hybrid Primer combines the benefits of both acid and non-acid primers to create a gentle yet effective adhesion booster. Its low-acid content safely removes excess oils from the natural nail without dehydrating or compromising the nail plate, making it suitable for a wide range of nail types - including dry, brittle, or sensitive nails.

This versatile primer acts like double-sided tape, improving gel product adhesion and helping to prevent common issues like lifting and air pockets. Whether you're working with gel polish, builder gel, or full cover tips, it delivers a secure base for long-lasting results.

For optimal performance, use after prepping the nail and following with Dolla Nails Pro pH Bond to balance the nail’s pH and create the ideal surface for strong, chip-resistant wear.

    Product Details
    • Low-acid formula – gentle yet effective
    • Prevents lifting and improves adhesion
    • Increases nail retention

IMPORTANT: Primer should be applied to the natural nail only - never over gel polish. Avoid layering the product, as using too much can lead to lifting. A thin, even layer is all you need. Once applied, the primer will leave a tacky layer; do not wait for it to evaporate. Follow immediately with Dolla Nails Pro Base Coat for optimal adhesion and long-lasting wear.

Safety Note: For external use only. This product is intended for professional use only. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Always use in a well-ventilated area and follow application instructions carefully to ensure safe and effective use.

    Product Ingredients

    Propan-2-ol, Ethyl acetate, Isobutyl acetate

    How to use
    1. Start by disinfecting both your hands and your client's hands, and wear gloves. Assess the condition of your client's nails and hands to ensure there are no contraindications for the treatment.
    2. Gently push back the cuticles using a cuticle pusher or wooden stick. If necessary, use the Staleks e-file bit to remove the cuticles.
    3. Lightly matt the nail plate with a 150 or 180 grit buffer, ensuring an even and smooth surface. Use a soft brush to remove any dust.
    4. Soak a lint-free nail wipe with an alcohol-based nail prep solution. Wipe each nail thoroughly to ensure no leftover debris or oils.
    5. Apply a thin layer of Dolla Nails Pro pH Bond to the natural nail to balance the pH of the nail plate, creating the ideal base for strong adhesion. Let it air dry.
    6. For clients with more challenging nail plates, follow with Dolla Nails Pro Primer. Apply it sparingly by lightly touching the brush to a few points on the natural nail - the liquid will naturally spread across the surface on its own. Avoid flooding the nail or touching the cuticles, as excess product can lead to lifting.
    7. Dolla Nails Pro Primer will create a slightly sticky layer on the nail - this is completely normal and essential for adhesion. There’s no need to wait for it to dry. Once applied, follow immediately with a Rubber Base Coat and continue with gel polish application as usual.
